Cazanat 20mg tablet is an antineoplastic drug with an active ingredient called Cabozantinib. It belongs to the medication class known as tyrosine kinase inhibitors. In adults, it is used to treat advanced kidney cancer and locally advanced or metastatic differentiated thyroid cancer. It is also used in treating liver cancer when Sorafenib (anticancer medicine) is no longer working. Usually, this medicine is given in combination with Nivolumab for advanced kidney cancer. It is not recommended for those younger than 18 years.  

Do not consume Cazanat 20mg if you are allergic to Cabozantinib and its other ingredients. Inform your physician if you have liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, or diarrhea. Notify your doctor about the history of blood clots in the leg or significant bleeding, aneurysm (inflammation of blood vessels), or tears in the blood vessel wall. Inform your physician if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant. Use effective contraception during and even after the treatment or four months. Discuss more fertility concerns with your doctor. 

Before starting with Cazanat 20mg, notify your doctor if you have a thyroid problem; thyroid functions must be monitored before starting the medicine. Do not forget to inform your physician if you recently had any surgery, including dental surgery, within the last month. Avoid taking grapefruit or grapefruit juice during the treatment as they may increase the level of medicine in the blood. This medicine contains lactose; if you are intolerant to any sugar, inform your doctor before taking the medicine.

Tofajak 5mg tablet contains the active substance Tofacitinib. It is a disease-modifying anti-rheumatoid drug (DMARDs) that belongs to the class immunomodulators. It is used alone or with other medications to treat rheumatoid arthritis (A condition in which the body attacks its joints, causing pain, swelling, and loss of function) in adults who are unable to take or do not respond to other medications. It is also used to treat psoriatic arthritis (A condition that causes joint pain and swelling, and scales on the skin). It is also indicated for treating adult patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis.  

Other uses of Tofajak 5mg tablet include ankylosing spondylitis (inflammatory disease of the spine). It is also used to treat active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis, a long-term disease mainly causes pain and swelling of your joints in patients 2 years of age and older. The medicine works by decreasing the activity of the immune system. Inform your physician if you have a severe blood infection, active tuberculosis, and liver problems. Notify your doctor if you ever had or have a hepatitis B infection because this medicine could cause the hepatitis B to become active again.   

Do not take Tofajak 5mg tablet if you are allergic to tofacitinib or any other ingredients of this medicine. Inform your healthcare professional if you have any symptoms of an infection, such as fever, sweating, chills, muscle aches, cough, shortness of breath, weight loss, skin sores, difficulty or pain when swallowing, diarrhea, or stomach pain. Before initiating the treatment, inform your physician if you have kidney, heart, lung, or liver problems, a history of tuberculosis, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol, and also if you are a current or past smoker.

Epirubicin is an antineoplastic drug that belongs to the class anthracyclines. FDA approved epirubicin on November 15, 2006, for the treatment of breast cancer, stomach, and bowel cancer, ovarian cancer, and lung cancer.
Uses of EPIRUBICINEpirubicin is an intravenously administered drug. This medicine is used as adjuvant therapy in combination with other medications to treat breast cancer in patients who have had surgery to remove the tumor. It is also useful in treating breast, ovaries, stomach, bowel, and lung cancers. In addition, this medicine is also used to treat cancers of the blood-forming tissues, such as malignant lymphomas, leukemias, and multiple myeloma.
