Bdparib 300mg tablet contains the active ingredient rucaparib. It is an anti-cancer medicine that belongs to the class of medications called PARP (poly ADP-ribose polymerase) inhibitors. It is also used to treat certain types of cancer in people with specific gene (BRCA) changes who have received treatment with at least two other chemotherapy treatments. Do not take Bdparib 300mg tablet if you are allergic to Bdparib or any of the ingredients. This medication can cause low blood counts; hence your healthcare professional will advise you to take certain blood tests before and every month during the treatment.
Inform your doctor if you have nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain during the treatment because this medicine may affect your stomach or bowels.
